Description

This is an introduction to Muay Thai class. Students will learn punching, kicking, knees, elbows, combinations, clinching, and defense.

The instructor, Kanit, has been a student of martial arts for 13 years, and has 2 special needs children (one mild, one severe).

Age: 8 and above

All abilities are welcome. We will try to adapt the program for any physical or mental disability.Parent/guardian required to be onsite at all times.
