In our Muay Thai Class, we will explore the art of self-defense through punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, while fostering meaningful connections with peers. Beyond mastering techniques, we emphasize teamwork and camaraderie through partner drills and group exercises. This isn't just about learning to defend yourself—it's about finding strength in unity and support from fellow peers.

WHO: Ages 8 and above. No previous experience is required. All abilities are welcome. Parent/guardian required to be onsite at all times.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, towel, and water bottle.
