This dance class provides a positive and encouraging space for students to learn dance moves, stay active, and have fun. Our class goal is to help students to exercise through dance while bonding with each other and building lasting friendships. Classes will consist of icebreaker activities, a warm up, rhythms exercises, dance follow-along choreography and group games. Students will be able to interact with their peers and instructors. Teamwork and fun games will provide great opportunities for students to improve their social and communication skills.
No equipment from home is necessary, but if you would like to bring a yoga mat for comfort, you may. Also, please come wearing comfortable clothing to move around in.
