Fall-Spring After School Program (2025-2026)

Program Dates: August 12, 2025 – June 2, 2026

Program Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Closure Dates:

• Monday, September 1, 2025 – Labor Day

• Tuesday, November 11, 2025 – Veterans Day

• Monday–Friday, November 24–28, 2025 – Thanksgiving Week

• Thursday, December 25, 2025 – Christmas Day

• Thursday, January 1, 2026 – New Year’s Day

• Monday, January 19, 2026 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

• Monday, February 16, 2026 – Presidents’ Day

• Monday, May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day

IMPORTANT: This registration is for families who plan to enroll their child in the After School Program at any month during the 2025–2026 academic year (August 12, 2025 – June 2, 2026).

After completing this academic year registration, parents will receive a monthly enrollment link beginning in the third week of each month. This form must be completed to confirm whether your child will attend the program for the upcoming month.

• Clients must attend at least 90% of the program days offered each month to maintain enrollment. 

• For example, if the program operates for 20 days in a month, the child is required to attend at least 18 days, and tuition will be charged for those 18 days.

• A minimum of 3 hours per day is required.

• Every third week of each month, parents will receive a monthly enrollment link to confirm their child’s participation for the upcoming month and to sign the program policy agreement.

• If a parent chooses not to enroll their child for a particular month, the child’s spot will not be held and will be released to the waitlist.

• Re-enrollment will depend on space availability. If space becomes available, parents will receive the monthly enrollment link during the third week of the month to re-enroll their child.

2. Tuition & Billing

• Tuition is hourly-based, calculated from the child’s actual attendance multiplied by the hourly rate, which varies depending on the type of service.

• The due date for tuition payment is the 5th working day of the following month after services were provided.

• If tuition is not received within five business days after the due date, a $5.00 per day late fee will be charged until full payment is received.

3. Absences & Notifications

• Parents must notify the program coordinator at least 24 hours in advance of any absence to avoid being charged.

• This policy applies to all types of absences, including but not limited to illness, medical appointments, or personal reasons.

• If notice is not provided at least 24 hours in advance, the minimum 3-hour daily charge will apply and be billed to the parent, as staffing is scheduled based on expected attendance.

4. Regional Center Clients (POS)

• For clients receiving Purchased of Service (POS) funding through the Regional Center of the East Bay:

• If a child’s attendance hours exceed the authorized POS hours, parents are responsible for paying the difference out of pocket.

• Please check with your child’s RCEB case manager for the amount of hours your child has each month so you can plan attendance accordingly.

5. Payment Method 

• Tuition invoices will be sent monthly via email from [email protected]

• Payments can be made via credit card

• It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure timely payment each month. Please contact the accounting department [email protected] promptly with any billing questions or concerns.

Activity Schedule:  Activities will vary each day (Cooking, Arts & Craft, Music, ASL, Sports, Yoga, Art Therapy, Life Skills, Social Skills, Coding, Science, Entertainment, etc.). The activity sheet will be provided to parents once it is finalized.
