Friends of Children with Special Needs

IMPORTANT: Please read the instructions below before you start. ALL 3 STEPS need to be completed in the correct order to successfully enroll in the class.

Step 1. Complete the "2024 EB Social Recreation Account Registration". You must have your Regional Center Individual Program Plan (IPP) document ready to upload during registration.

Step 2. Complete the "EB Social Recreation POS Information" form. You must have your Regional Center Purchase of Service (POS) document ready to upload.

Step 3. After completing both step 1 and 2, please register for classes (Scroll down to see the list of classes). All participants must register first before attending class.

If client is new to FCSN’s social recreation program, please contact your RCEB case manager promptly to request that social recreation services be added to their Individual Program Plan (IPP) and have the referral packet sent to us. Once approved, request case manager to issue a POS to FCSN that will cover all the hours of the classes that your child is enrolling in. To register for classes, you will need to submit both the IPP and POS. Once we receive the IPP and POS, we will send you a link and a coupon code to complete the application, consent forms and register for the classes.

If you are an existing or returning client, please contact your case manager to request the POS to be issued to FCSN that will cover all the hours of the classes that your child is enrolling in. Once we receive the authorized POS, we will send you a link and coupon code to register for your classes.

Please refer to the reference guides below for assistance with completing the steps.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) POS DOES NOT GUARANTEE class enrollment. Registration is subject to class availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis until maximum capacity is reached.

2) Your class enrollment is considered INCOMPLETE until all required documents and information are submitted. Missing or incorrect documents or information may lead to the cancellation of your enrollment in the class(es).

Coupon Code

If you are a Regional Center client with POS, please enter the coupon code given to you.

If you have an authorized POS but do not have a coupon code yet, please email [email protected] to request for one.

POS Hours Limitation

Any difference between the tuition fee and the authorized amount covered in the POS, parents are required to pay the amount difference.

An invoice and link to pay via credit card will be emailed from "Friends of Children with Special Needs" when such case happen.
